Add-On Underlift Experts
Standard Equipment Image Every Zacklift is loaded with a comprehensive set of Standard Equipment to get the job done.

Years of experience and responding to customer recommendations and vehicle changes have led Zacklift to engineer the most productive set of Standard Equipment in the industry.
Included are 5 sets of high tensile cast steel Forks, Universal Fork Receivers and 12” Reach Extenders.
Universal Fork Receivers Universal Fork Receivers
Universal Fork Receivers are engineered with Zacklift’s trademark design, locating the powerful steel corners on the powerful “diamond” instead of the typical square design.
The high tensile cast steel Universal Fork Receivers are the ultimate fork design with two height settings and access on either side of the underlift crossbar. High setting is achieved by positioning Fork Receivers with tallest socket set atop the exclusive diamond shaped crossbar. Fork Receivers facing in towards the tow truck makes for the closest possible positioning of the load. Forks may be positioned beyond the crossbar for the longest reach possible.
1" x 2.5 Forks 1" x 2.5" Forks
Ultra low profile forks have been engineered to slip under even more airfoiles with the down-taper on one side. The tight 2.5” width fit snugly around axle to avoid shift.
9" x 4" Forks 9" x 4" Forks
Tallest fork is wide and stable with trademark 1 ¼” surface. Multi-purpose design which utilizes varying taper angles for greater range. Tow frames, axles, or turn sideways for front springs.
9" Tall Axle Forks
Using 9" tall axle forks
Chain Forks Chain Forks
Slotted for ½” and 3/8” chain, this fork provides a tow-bar style hook up. Allows for the towing of severely damaged front or rear ends.
6 x 6.5 Offset Rear Axle Forks 6" x 6.5" Offset Rear Axle Forks
The extra-wide transport surface of the 6” fork is offset for greater range. Clearance ability is increased with the front down-taper.
For use on front or rear frames, and cross members.

“If we didn’t have Big Scoop Forks, we wouldn’t be in business. We run them on all of our other wreckers too, all our Millers and Jerr-Dans. I tell everyone I know they’ve got to have these forks.”
Rick Jolley, Jolley’s Service Company - Boiling Springs, SC

12” Reach Extenders 12” Reach Extenders
More than just an additional fork receiver, the 12” Reach Extender is also engineered for greatest strength by turning the high tensile steel casting on the diamond angle. Any fork can be utilized while extending the reach beyond the cross bar. This indispensible standard feature makes it possible to move a large rear differential away from the underlift’s cross bar, safely transporting otherwise impossible loads.

Testimonial “I was looking for a fork to use on front axles that would fit tight and not have a lot of movement back and forth. Karl Bardroff, your national sales manager, suggested using Zacklift’s torsion bar fork. I tried a set of Zacklift Torsion Bar Forks and they worked so well that I bought two more sets.”
